Contact, Company and Deal records:
User permissions are managed in BenchmarkONE by your system administrator(s). Due to user permissions, you may be blocked from removing records from your BenchmarkONE account.
Emails, Forms, Campaigns, and Rules:
You won't be able to edit or delete these items if the item has been locked by the user that created it AND you are not a system administrator.
You won't be able to delete contact statuses if there are currently contacts tied to that. You will need to update those contacts to a new status before removing that entirely from your system.
