BenchmarkONE will bring in images, if possible, for your contacts through our Social Media Snapshot.
To change these pictures for your contacts:
Go to the Contact Record
Click on the edit pencil by the contact's name
Click on the picture and then browse your computer to upload a new picture or select one from the Social Media profiles we have linked to this contact's email address
To change your own profile picture in BenchmarkONE:
Head to: Account Settings > My Info > My Profile > Edit Contact Info
Once you've chosen and cropped your image, click "Save Changes"
