Zapier is an amazing solution that allows you to easily connect and integrate with web apps you use, taking advantage of already-programmed API connections. Whether you use BenchmarkONE on the Trigger or Action side, you'll be able to send and/or receive data on the contact level (including contact custom fields!).

Using BenchmarkONE as a trigger app in Zapier will allow you to automate zaps via an automation. Webhook automations work just like any other automation step in BenchmarkONE. They can be triggered as a campaign step, from a link click, on a form submission and everywhere else you use BenchmarkONE automations.

Using BenchmarkONE as an action app in Zapier will allow you to automate a couple things in BenchmarkONE:
