Update the name and email stored on your user profile.

All of the emails you send from BenchmarkONE will come from the name and email stored in your "My Profile" section.

To view or edit your profile information, head to Account Settings > My Info > My Profile.

Select the Edit Contact Info button to make changes.

Important Notes:

  • All user profiles are required to have a First Name and Last Name. These fields will be the 'From' name that will show up in inbox delivery.

  • The email address listed in the profile will also be the reply-to address when contacts respond.

  • If you need to change the email address on the profile, enter the new address and save changes. You will be required to confirm the new address via an email link, as noted in the Confirm New Email modal box that appears after saving.
