If you wish to upgrade or downgrade your BenchmarkONE account, follow these simple steps:
Go to Account Settings > Subscription > Plans and Billing
This page should have options for all of our Account Plans. Click the upgrade or downgrade button next to any plan.
Looking to save? We offer Semi-Annual Plans for a 10% Discount and Annual Plans for a 20% Discount - just click the tab from the top of the Billing Info page.
** Note: Only the Account Owner will be able to access the Subscription tab to complete the upgrade/downgrade.
