The global search bar in the top right corner of your BenchmarkONE database is a quick and easy way to find your contact, company or deal records in BenchmarkONE.
You can search by:
First Name
Last Name
Company Name
Deal Name
Contact email
Contact phone number
The global search bar will pull up to 10 matching contact records and up to 5 matching company and deal records. Contacts will be listed with name, title and company to help with searching.
If you cannot find what you are needing by using the quick search, we suggest heading to the contact, company or deal list views and using filters.
Additionally, global search does not index immediately, so if you have just imported a new list of contacts, companies or deals, please use filters from the list views until our system has time to index those new records.
