BenchmarkONE gives you multiple ways to stop a campaign. Below we explain which action will stop the campaign for all contacts or specific contacts.

Campaign Detail View

💡 This will stop the campaign for ALL contacts.

  • Head to Emails > Campaigns

  • From the list, click on the campaign name you would like to stop.

  • In the campaign detail view, click on Actions and select Stop the Campaign.


Email History

The email history view allows you to stop the campaign for all contacts on a certain step of the campaign.

  • Proceed to Reports > Email History and click into the Scheduled Campaigns tab.

  • The filter in this view will show the logged in user's contacts by default. To see a specific user's contacts, or contacts for all users, change the filter accordingly.

  • Hover over any row and a grey stop button will appear to the right of the scheduled campaign.

  • Click the stop button and confirm the cancellation.


Contact List View

This is a great way to stop the campaign for specific contacts.

  • From the contact list view, filter and/or select the contacts that should be stopped on the campaign.

  • Once contacts are selected, click on Actions and select Stop Campaigns.

  • Select whether you want to stop all campaigns for the contact(s) or one specific campaign.


Contact Record

This will stop the campaign for an individual contact.

  • Navigate to the Contact Record.

  • Within the contact record, select the Campaigns tab.

  • A grey stop button will appear to the right of any campaign currently in progress. Click that button to stop the specific campaign.
