To increase the Contact Score for multiple people:
Filter your contact list view
Check the boxes next to the names on your list to update, or select the box in the header row next to "Name" to select all.
Click Actions > Adjust Contact Score
You are able to add or subtract points from the Contact Score:
To increase the Contact Score for one person:
In the Contact Record, select Actions > Contact Scoring
