Attaching Documents To A Contact Record

Upload and store important documents to a note.

Quickly upload a document to a contact record following these steps:

  • On the Contact Record, click on the Notes Tab

  • Click the +New Note button

  • In the pop-up window,select Attach a File in the bottom left corner to browse for the file you want to add

  • The Subject and Body fields are required

  • You can choose to update the Last Contacted Date with the checkbox

  • Click the Create Note button and your note is complete!

You can always edit your notes by clicking on the pencil shaped edit icon at the far right of each individual note.


Notes: 

You can only add one attachment per note.
There is no overall limit on storage, but each attachment cannot be larger than 4MB.
