Follow these steps to customize your contacts list view:
From the contacts tab, select the edit column icon at the top right of the page --
Show Columns are the columns that will appear in your main contact list view.
Available Columns includes the data available for you to add to the view, which includes both default and custom field information.
Check or un-check the columns you want displayed in the main view.
Drag and drop the column names to change the display order.
After changes are made, select the Apply button to see the changes reflected in the contacts list.
The column headers are displayed in bold. Clicking into any of these headers will sort the data in ascending or descending order.
