BenchmarkONE cannot send to these contacts because they do not have an email address, do not have a valid email address, have unsubscribed, hard-bounced, or complained of spam.
Contacts that can be sent an email --
Contacts with valid email addresses that have not unsubscribed or complained of spam.
To filter for contacts that can or cannot be sent an email --
In your contact list view, select Filter > Email Deliverability
Click Add and the Close and Apply button to view this list
