You care about your contacts and want to know when they are actively engaging with you and also when they might be needing a little more TLC. This is a really awesome way that BenchmarkONE reminds you to stay in contact with someone based on their status.

You can easily view this information from your Marketing Dashboard.

Current Engagement: This block gives you helpful hints based on who is being nurtured and neglected and who is engaging and not engaging.

  • The nurtured graph shows the percentage of contacts in a contact ‘follow-up status’ that have been sent an email in the past 30 days. Hovering over the graph will allow you to click through to either your nurtured or neglected contacts and will show exact numbers and percentages of each.

  • The engaged graph shows the percentage of contacts in a contact ‘follow-up status’ that have a positive contact score. Hovering over the graph will allow you to click through to either your engaged or unengaged contacts and will show you the exact numbers and percentages of each.

To edit which statuses are considered in a follow-up status, head to  Account Settings > Customizations > Contact Status > Edit Statuses > check the follow-up box > Save Changes.
