During the import wizard, the number of contacts and companies that BenchmarkONE found as a match to an existing record in your account will be displayed. The contact number will be based on the match method you have chosen which is either 'Email' OR 'Email and Full Name.'
When importing existing contacts or companies, some data is appended to the existing record and some will be overwritten.
