Custom Fields allow you to store additional information, but there is a character limit you should be aware of.

The Single Line option has a character limit of 1,000. When you are using the Paragraph Custom Field you have a 2,000 character limit.

Please note that you are not able to filter / search on Paragraph custom fields at this time.

Use our handy Notes option to enter information into a Contact Record for anything longer than 2,000 Characters.
