Things change! BenchmarkONE makes it easy to cancel or reschedule an email.

From Email History Report

From the main header navigation, select Reports > Emails > Email History.

Click into the Scheduled Emails tab and select the Email Subject Line of the email you would like to edit. A pop-up window will appear.

In the pop-up, use the Actions drop down to Reschedule Email for another time, or Cancel Email.

Note: If an email is scheduled for multiple people, this will reschedule or cancel for the entire group. 
Bear in mind, the BenchmarkONE system begins to prepare your email to send immediately, changes made during this time could cause an error. We suggest waiting at least 30 minutes before rescheduling an email. If you are concerned your email could be sent twice, please contact our support team immediately.


From Contact Record

Within the Activity Feed of the contact's record, click on the Email Subject Line of the email you would like to edit and a pop-up window will appear.
