To edit the time period or the points associated with each contact action, navigate to: Account Settings > Customizations > Contact Scoring

  • The default points will be listed next to each action. To edit the points or the time period for Contact Scoring click the blue "Edit Contact Scores" button

  • The Time Period (7/30/90 days) is a moving window that will reflect the contact score within the specified time frame

  • Any edits that have been made will not be reflected immediately, your changes will update at midnight UTC
