To edit the time period or the points associated with each contact action, navigate to: Account Settings > Customizations > Contact Scoring
The default points will be listed next to each action. To edit the points or the time period for Contact Scoring click the blue "Edit Contact Scores" button
The Time Period (7/30/90 days) is a moving window that will reflect the contact score within the specified time frame
Any edits that have been made will not be reflected immediately, your changes will update at midnight UTC
